Lifetime Auto Glass Warranty.

Our commitment to quality, safety, and your peace of mind.

Our Guarantee

At Tim's Auto Glass, we take immense pride in our workmanship and back our installations with a comprehensive lifetime warranty designed to protect your investment.

We guarantee our automotive replacement glass installations against leaks and workmanship errors for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.

What is Covered

  • Air or Water Leaks: Any whistling, air infiltration, or water leaks that occur as a direct result of our windshield or back glass installation process over the lifetime of your ownership.
  • Structural Urethane Failure: Any failure of the adhesive seal bonding the glass to your vehicle's frame.
  • Molding Issues: We cover any loose or improperly sealing outer moldings installed during the replacement process.

If you experience any of these covered issues, Tim's Auto Glass will correct the defective workmanship without charge.

What is NOT Covered

This warranty is designed strictly to protect against installation and workmanship errors. It explicitly does not cover damage outside of our control, including:

  • Rock Chips or Impact Damage: New rock chips, cracks, spidering, or breakage caused by road debris, vandalism, accidents, or acts of nature occurring *after* the vehicle has left our care.
  • Existing Rust or Body Damage: If the structural pinch weld where the glass is mounted is heavily rusted, corroded, or damaged prior to installation, we cannot legally or structurally guarantee a leak-proof seal. We will notify you of any severe rust issues before installation.
  • Wear and Tear: Standard wear and tear of glass surfaces or adjacent vehicle trim.

Rock Chip Repair Disclaimer

Windshield repair is an attempt to salvage your existing glass. While we utilize the highest-grade optical resins to secure the structural integrity of your glass, we cannot guarantee the chip will completely disappear visually.

If a rock chip that we have repaired cracks out further from the original impact point, we will apply the cost of the repair as a credit toward a complete windshield replacement at Tim's Auto Glass.

How to File a Claim

If you suspect a leak or a workmanship issue, please contact us immediately so we can inspect and rectify the problem. Do not attempt to repair the seal yourself, as this may void your warranty.
